We align the product category, intended use, construction, measurements and project requirements.
- 02
Fabric, Trims & Pattern
Fabric, elastic, binding, zippers and labels are reviewed alongside the pattern direction.
- 03
Sample & Fit Review
The sample is refined for fit, movement, seam placement, construction and workmanship.
- 04
Pre-production Approval
The approved sample, measurements, colors, materials and construction details become the production reference.
- 05
IQC & Material Release
Bulk fabric and trims are checked for color, width, visible condition and approved specifications before cutting.
- 06
Fabric Preparation & Cutting
Approved fabric is relaxed, spread and cut before matching panels are identified and bundled.
- 07
Line Setup & IPC
Machines and sewing sequence are set, then the first production pieces are checked before the line continues.
- 08
Bulk Sewing & IPQC
Garments move through the approved sewing sequence while seams, measurements and workmanship are checked in process.
